Happy Fourth of July, everyone! I’m in Paris for the summer, so I won’t be doing much traditional American 4th-style celebrating. No backyard BBQ’s, no fireworks, no Red, White and Blue other than the Tommy Hilfiger flag I’m wearing in this shoot (the French don’t say “red, white and blue” when describing their national colors like Americans do. They say “bleu-blanc-rouge” i.e.blue, white, red.) We climbed up on a roof to get these shots of the Paris skyline for you, and in case you’re wondering, the terra cotta pot-looking things that dot the roofs of Paris are actually individual chimneys that connect to the fireplaces in each apartment. The French are wearing a lot of black and white this summer, adding an embroidered or patterned floral like the shirt I’m wearing underneath the sweatshirt. HMU if you’re visiting Paris this summer, and pack some light clothes. It’s been massively hot!!
